Financial Controller
Reporting to the President, the Financial Controller (FC) is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical accounting skills, sound judgment, and a high degree of integrity. The FC works closely with the Assistant Financial Controller, internal team members, and key business units to support both operational and strategic initiatives.
The Financial Controller will ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial information is available to management, while maintaining efficient processes and strong internal controls. This role includes direct involvement in routine bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and data entry, as well as assisting with system improvements and financial process automation.

- An Engineering Technician (2 year) diploma.
- Interested in construction and engineering.
- Experience putting together permit drawing packages an asset.
- Technical drawing with AutoCAD required
- Experience with Sketchup and Layout an asset.

The expected compensation for this role is $35 to $55 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation may include base salary and other non‑discretionary remuneration in accordance with Ontario employment standards.
