  • Plans are sold as-is. Plans will include a plans, elevations, and details and are multiple pages. 
  • Refunds: All sales are final, no refunds will be issued. 
  • Intellectual Property: All plans remain the intelluctual property of INEAS Corp.  
  • Not for Permit: These plans cannot be used for permitting nor construction. These plans must be reviewed and approved by a Building Code Practitioner in your jurisdiction. Follow your local codes and laws, for more information contact your local building department.
